About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Neom Ltd. As a key member of our wellbeing-focused organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Liverpool Street Wellbeing Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume co-responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a standalone store, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Drive sales growth and company objectives through effective leadership and team management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support stock management at the offsite stockroom, including unloading deliveries and sending stock to the store.
  • Take full ownership of the store and team in the Store Manager's absence, making informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Lead by example, supporting team members with daily tasks and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are maintained, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Organize and support in-store and field events to promote Neom as a brand, working closely with partnering businesses.
  • Develop and implement training programs for current and new team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers, aligning with Neom's values.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Retail Supervisor role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry, with a passion for wellbeing and customer service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to inspire colleagues and drive sales growth.
  • A collaborative and supportive team player, with a keen interest in wellbeing and a desire to coach and develop team members.
  • Commercial acumen, with a focus on brand opportunities to increase store footfall and drive business success.
  • Positive energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
