Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a Shop Supervisor to oversee our store operations in Belfast. In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning the store's daily activities with our corporate objectives and maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Shop Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
1. Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
2. Supervising and guiding retail staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring their performance.
3. Addressing customer service challenges, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Overseeing inventory management, including stock ordering, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining accurate records.
5. Providing training and development for retail staff, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role within retail.
- Conversational proficiency in English.
- Fluency in one or more Eastern European languages (e.g., Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and manage unexpected situations effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute positively to the team environment.

Work Schedule:
Full flexibility is required, with availability to work day shifts across a 5-day week, including weekends and bank holidays.
