About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Neom Ltd. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Liverpool Street Wellbeing Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Drive sales growth and company objectives through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Support with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Take ownership of store and team in the Store Manager's absence, making key decisions to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead by example, supporting team members with daily tasks and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are maintained, creating an inviting store environment.
  • Organize and support in-store and field events to promote Neom as a brand, working closely with partnering businesses.
  • Train current and new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Retail Supervisor role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry, with a passion for wellbeing and customer service.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and supportive team player, with a positive energy that inspires others.
  • Alignment with Neom values, with a keen interest in wellbeing and customer service.
  • Desire and capability to coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Commercially driven, with a focus on increasing store footfall and driving sales growth.
