Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

At Glassworks, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Store Manager in leading a team of sales assistants, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Retail Store Manager in managing the team, store operations, and visual merchandising to achieve sales, service, and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the Retail Store Manager to develop and train team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Support the stock delivery, stock transfer, and stock room maintenance processes to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Assist the Retail Store Manager with administrative tasks, including supplies orders, banking, and other functions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or management.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Excel and POS systems.
