Job Title: Product Manager, CRM

Charities Aid Foundation is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system and strategy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Product team during a period of expansion. As the CRM Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a CRM system that enables us to better understand, engage, and retain our donors and charities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business and customer requirements
  • Implement a user-centered design approach to deliver high-quality CRM solutions
  • Ensure CRM controls, processes, and policies are effective and compliant
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience in product management, with experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics and developing CRM solutions for organizations with multiple teams across different geographies.
