We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Paraplanner to join our team at St. James's Place Wealth Management. As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our financial advisors in providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate client information and product research to prepare suitability letters, illustrations, and reports for client meetings.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems and update client records as required.
- Manage cases to completion and work with internal processing systems.
- Provide technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients.
- Liaise with colleagues and third parties to achieve deadlines and progress client requests.
- Confident, numerate, and IT proficient individual with a 'can-do' working style.
- Experience in financial services, ideally for a St. James's Place Partner Practice.
- Working towards the Level 4 DipPFS qualification or equivalent, or already qualified.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with discretion.
