You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate a clear portal strategy, conduct market research, and identify opportunities and challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a customer portal strategy that aligns with our organization's vision and goals
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform portal development
- Defining and prioritizing portal product roadmaps and communicating with internal stakeholders
- Working with our Transformation team to detail portal requirements and design decisions
- Ensuring portal controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer-focused, and compliant
