Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Customer Portals

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our customer portals, driving innovation and excellence in digital experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive customer portal strategy, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technology to enhance the online experience of our donors and charities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate a clear portal strategy, conduct market research, and identify opportunities and challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a customer portal strategy that aligns with our organization's vision and goals
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform portal development
  • Defining and prioritizing portal product roadmaps and communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Working with our Transformation team to detail portal requirements and design decisions
  • Ensuring portal controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer-focused, and compliant
