The Policy Coordinator will report directly into the Group Legal & Governance Executive to support, strengthen, and develop the policies and procedures across the Westfalia Group, ensuring compliance with external regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure policies and procedures are compliant with legislation, regulation, and best practice.
- Work with key stakeholders to author, develop, and review policies and procedures.
- Maintain version control of policies and procedures, including the coordination and production of documentation.
- Manage the Policy framework, portal, and policy register, including tracking the review and updating of policies and procedures.
- Prepare and produce associated documents, such as guidance and forms.
- Liaise with the People and Culture department to identify the training and implementation of policies.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Experience of drafting, reviewing policies, and working with stakeholders to develop policies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, working with senior leadership and executive leadership levels.
