**Job Title**: ESG & Projects Coordinator (ESGPC)
**Reporting To**: Group HR Manager (GHRM)
**Location**: Kings Hill, Kent

Amtivo Group is a leading British group in the world of certifications, which operates in 27 countries with approximately 30,000 active certificates, thanks to multiple international accreditations, including Accredia in Italy, UKAS in the United Kingdom and EIAC in the United Arab Emirates.
**Job Purpose**: Support the Group HR Manager in the company’s continued journey towards a more sustainable future. Deliver the company’s short and long term initiatives to assist in achievement of BCORP accreditation and develop new ways of working across the group.
Accountabilities:
Resourcing
- Work with the GHRM and GHRD to identify the route to BCORP accreditation, working with internal and external stakeholders and assisting with the implementation of identified strategies.
- Work with the GHRM, and key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the business secures cost effective expert advice in relation to gaining BCORP Certification.
- Provide information and insight groupwide that helps others understand our ESG obligations and performance against ESG targets.
Planning
- Support the GHRM and GHRD in the planning, implementation and management of the Group ESG Policy and Procedures. Maintaining legal compliance and effective communication across the Group to support the delivery of business goals and global ESG initiatives.
- Support the GHRM in the planning, development and implementation of strategies to support and develop the sustainability agenda across the Group, acting with integrity to communicate and uphold Group Values.
- Plan and deliver, with input from key stakeholders across the Group, a communication plan that engages our people in our ESG and B Corp ambitions.
Delivering
- Support the GHRM and GHRD to achieve B-Corp accreditation for the company and drive continuous improvement in our standards and objectives.
- Promote and coordinate business activity that supports our group ESG policy
Reporting
- Establish appropriate reporting metrics and tools that support the achievement and continued monitoring of our ESG and B Corp objectives.
- Collate and record data for sustainability reporting in line with regulatory and business reporting requirements.
- Stay up to date with current legislation and global initiatives to ensure Group compliance and report any changes to the GHRM. Mitigating any potential risks.
**Success criteria**:
- Coordinate the Group ESG and B Corp plan and initiatives, working with the GHRM and key stakeholders, enabling the business to achieve its ESG and B Corp ambitions.
- Supporting effective response to ESG policy implementation and delivery across the Group with the GHRM.
- Promote the B Corp and ESG ambitions internally, building engagement and awareness across the Group to support successful implementation and continuous improvement.
**Context**:
The ESGPC is accountable through the business cycle for:
- Supporting the GHRM in the planning, delivery and maintenance of our ESG plan, policies and procedures that enable the achievement of BCORP accreditation and business goals.
- Working with key stakeholders and the GHRM to develop a communications plan that engages our people and builds an understanding of our ESG, and B Corp ambitions, and regulatory obligations against ESG targets.
- Working with the GHRM and other stakeholders to effectively develop, implement and maintain our ESG, and B Corp goals.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
