We are happy for this role to be fully remote or based in any of our UK offices in Kent, Worthing, Hull, Glasgow, Telford, or Shrewsbury.

The role will report directly into the Group Head IT PMO providing governance, reporting, planning, risk, budget and resource management at the portfolio/programme and project levels. This is a fantastic role for someone who is driven, self motivated andhighly organised to join a fantastic team of Project Managers and support them in delivering some really exciting IT projects this year.
**Some of the key responsibilities include**:
- Co-Ordinate the production of the monthly Group IT Reporting pack, the quarterly IT Risk Oversight pack and the fortnightly Infra/Infosec Steering Group pack.
- Develop, track, and report monthly to Group Head IT PMO at a Portfolio level on the following - Financials; Resource Hotspots; Timesheets; Risks; Dependencies; project change control
- Working with the Group Head IT PMO, develop and maintain process improvements to the Group IT PMO PM Framework (templates/processes/guides)
- Drive stage gate review process with the Group Head IT PMO by preparing materials with the IT PMs to ensure that projects continue at the appropriate cadence.
- Manage the start-up scoping activities of initiatives in line with the Portfolio at least one quarter in advance to enable effective decision making and prioritisation
- Deliver small enhancements/work-packages
- Ensure that all project reporting within the portfolio is completed to a high quality and on time
- Support the Head of IT Shared Service Programme Delivery/IT PMs to develop and deliver the agreed Portfolio/Project Plans
- Facilitate and or support IT Project Managers when needed at project workshops to support kick-off, risk, planning, and lessons learned
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or APM or PMI)
- P3O Practitioner (Portfolio, Programme & Project Office) - Preferred
- Strong PMO experience
- Experience in producing governance packs and meeting management
- Experience of developing / enhancing frameworks
- Strong process development and documentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- ITIL awareness
