Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Examinations and Student Outcomes Manager to join our team at the University of Brighton Academies Trust. As a key member of our academic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth organization and administration of all internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and administer all internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Manage a team of Exam Invigilators and provide administrative support for the coordination of External Visits.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems and processes for tracking student progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure accurate and timely reporting of student progress and outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support for the coordination of student assessments and exams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of student progress and outcomes to parents and guardians.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role and a full working knowledge of relevant policies and legislation.
  • Strong administrative background and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
