Job Title: Junior Paraplanner - Wealth Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Paraplanner to join our team at St. James's Place Wealth Management. As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our financial advisors in providing exceptional client service and delivering high-quality financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate client information and conduct product research to support financial advisors in providing tailored financial solutions.
  • Prepare suitability letters, illustrations, and reports for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM systems and update client records as required.
  • Manage cases to completion, working closely with internal processing systems and colleagues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to financial advisors, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  • Liaise with colleagues and third parties to achieve deadlines and progress client requests within specific timescales.

Requirements:

  • Confident, numerate, and IT proficient individual with a 'can-do' working style.
  • Experience in financial services, ideally within a St. James's Place Partner Practice.
  • Significant industry experience or working towards the Level 4 DipPFS qualification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and work with discretion.
