Director of Strategic Rewards

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Strategic Rewards to join our team at UKAEA in Culham, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our People Division, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing strategic business planning that reflects the People agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing strategic business planning by ensuring that the People agenda is reflected in it.
- Manage and support strategic projects including scope, design, and delivery.
- Fully understand public sector pay policy and take a lead role in advising on and driving improvements to UKAEA's existing pay and reward strategy and processes, in line with public sector pay policy.
- Understand the needs of the business and secure organizational buy-in on pay and reward projects.
Requirements:
- Significant knowledge and experience of strategic pay policy in the public sector, preferably within the Civil Service or Arm's Length Bodies.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Creative in finding solutions to support the organization to achieve its goals.
