We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Homeless Floating Support Worker, you will work closely with customers who are struggling with homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health issues.

The Role

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting risk assessments, signposting clients to relevant services, and assisting them in finding and sustaining tenancies. You will work independently, traveling between schemes to deliver high-quality support to vulnerable individuals.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of working with complex customer needs, particularly those affected by substance misuse and homelessness. A full driving license is essential due to the nature of the position. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, paid weekly, ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
