Job Title: Care Support Professional

The role of a Care Support Professional at UK Case Management Ltd is to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with spinal injuries, enabling them to achieve optimal independence in their own homes and communities. As a member of our experienced team, you will follow a client-specific support plan, training, and company policies while providing assistance, guidance, and encouragement as directed by the client and case manager.

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life, and we are looking for an individual who can demonstrate patience, a calm and consistent approach, and a responsible attitude. You will work 3 nights per week, enjoying a good work-life balance with 3 to 4 days off between shifts. A full driving licence is required, as you may be asked to travel with clients on community activities or holidays.

Key responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care tasks, undertaking training and administering medication as specified in the client's support plan, and participating in regular reviews and clinical supervision. You will also liaise closely with case managers and other professionals to ensure the client's care needs are met. We offer a permanent contract with a 6-month probationary period, annual leave, and a competitive salary range of £15.50-£26.50 per hour.
