Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. To champion innovative practices that promote exceptional outcomes, setting a high standard for ourselves and our students.
  2. To remain informed about the latest Early Years research, policy, and best practices, applying this expertise to drive improvement and enhance student experiences.
  3. To believe in the boundless potential of every child and strive to unlock it, providing tailored support to address individual needs and abilities.
  4. To possess a rich understanding of child development theories and relevant subject knowledge, conveying complex ideas in an approachable manner.
  5. To collect and analyze assessment data, using insights to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions that propel student success.
  6. To craft comprehensive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, igniting curiosity and enthusiasm among students.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £50,000 based on location and qualifications.
