Child Development Practitioner Lead

We are seeking an experienced Child Practitioner to lead our nursery team, focusing on providing a stimulating and supportive environment that fosters children's cognitive, emotional, and social growth.

- To establish high expectations for children's achievements, providing targeted support to help them reach their full potential.
- To possess in-depth understanding of child development for the specific age range, effectively communicating this knowledge to staff and children alike.
- To collect and share assessment data with parents or relevant professionals, facilitating collaboration and informing future planning.
- To utilize assessment insights to develop tailored teaching approaches, pinpointing children requiring extra support or extension opportunities.
The estimated annual salary for this leadership role is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of effective leadership and strategic vision in driving excellence in early years education.
