Job Title: Child Development Lead Location: Twickenham Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum Hours: Variable shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings

We are looking for an experienced Child Development Lead to join our team at Staffing Connect in Twickenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the provision of high-quality care and education for children aged [insert age range].

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and care, with a focus on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of Nursery Practitioners and supporting staff
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to child development and well-being
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and management
