We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at CBCS. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-11.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development principles and be able to create a stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Maintain accurate records of child progress and development
Requirements:
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience working with young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
