Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing and implementing annual budgets, authorizing payments for service charge invoices, conducting income and expenditure reviews, and preparing financial reports for stakeholders. You will also review service charge accounts, monitor utilities billing, manage outstanding debts following credit control procedures, and ensure compliance with head lease rules and manage insurance claims.

This Residential Block Property Manager role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent numerical skills for financial management and reporting, and a full, clean UK Driving Licence. You must have a strong understanding of current property management legislation, residential leases, statutory compliance, and CDM regulations.

No two days will be the same in this role, but here is an overview of what you can expect: Financial Management; Reviewing service charge accounts and monitoring utilities billing; Managing outstanding debts following credit control procedures; Ensuring compliance with head lease rules and managing insurance claims.
