**Job Title:** Real Estate Credit Specialist

The Real Estate Credit Team plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of the bank by identifying, analysing, and mitigating potential credit risks associated with lending activities.
Salary:The estimated annual salary for this role is £100,000 - £160,000 depending on experience.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Identify adverse trends in client credit profiles.
- Ensure timely referrals to Watchlist/Special Asset Management.
- Provide portfolio and management information.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in credit sanctioning within the real estate sector, recognising its differences from corporate sanctioning.
- Credit analysis skills with considerable analytical and numerical abilities to challenge and structure proposals.
