About the Role:

Macdonald & Company is seeking a highly skilled Corporation Credit Asset Management Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the asset management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a book of loans predominantly backed by non-performing loan portfolios originated by major global investment banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of corporate credit, including financials and credit metrics
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with the portfolio management team to identify and mitigate credit risks
• Utilize VBA to automate monthly and quarterly portfolio reporting
• Analyze bank leverage and credit risks associated with corporate credit
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of loan-on-loan or warehouse facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience in corporate loan asset management, portfolio management, credit risk, and/or corporate lending
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to create high-quality reports and presentations
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
