About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in a Children's Residential Service. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist young people with daily tasks such as getting ready for school or activities
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help them develop life skills and confidence
- Engage in activities that promote their social, emotional, and mental well-being, such as playing games or going on trips
- Help with homework and provide educational support
- Assist with meal preparation and household chores

Requirements:
