Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to residents, as directed by care plans and policies.
- Ensure accurate and clear records of care and support provided.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to identify and address changes in residents' needs.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment, adhering to health and safety procedures.
- A sensitive and empathetic approach to care.
- Experience working in care settings, preferably in nursing homes.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Reliability, dedication, and a flexible approach to work.
