**About the Role**

As a Night Senior Carer at Barchester care homes, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager. Additionally, you will support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

**What We Are Looking For**

To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We require candidates with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be compassionate, warm-hearted, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.
