Business Development Sales and Service Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales and Service Manager to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support in all areas of internal sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers over the counter and on the telephone
- Provide support in all areas of internal sales, working with internal sales teams
- Complete hire transactions, stock takes, and administration tasks
- Assist with covering deliveries and collections, test and run equipment, and repair referrals as required
Requirements:
- Experience of customer service either face-to-face or on the telephone
- IT literate with basic Word and Excel skills
- Valid driving licence essential
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and maximise profitable hires and sales
