We are looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Rise10 Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies, building relationships with new clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring regular contact and tailored solutions.
- Manage the company database, ensuring accurate and timely information capture.
- Contribute to the development of the company's sales strategy and business plan.
