Senior Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at The Very Group. As a key member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for handling regulated complaints with a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Collate and analyze case information from multiple sources
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments
