Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Representative to join our sales team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to expand our client base, and working closely with our account executives to drive revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound efforts and relationship-building
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand WalkMe's client base
- Work closely with account executives to qualify leads and book meetings
- Conduct research to acquire high-level contacts and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Native level German language proficiency
