- Build bespoke quotes and maintain a diligent follow-up process for maximum conversion.
- Develop a comprehensive book of referees from existing customer base.
- Ensure strong compliance with database and customer tracking tools.
This role requires a strong understanding of the lifecycle of a house extension project and the ability to clearly communicate the Resi vision and brand to customers.
