Senior Business Growth Representative

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team at GWI. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales development and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be responsible for leading the sales development process, including identifying new leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. The salary is competitive and includes benefits such as employee share scheme, health cash plan, and 4% pension plan matching.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience and track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a new business sales role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
