About the Position">As an Enterprise ADR, your key responsibilities will include:
- Becoming the front-line sales expert responsible for generating high-quality leads through targeted messaging and personalized interactions.
- Collaborating closely with our Account Executives to develop strategic account plans and identify untapped business opportunities.
- Driving sales engagement through emails, cold calls, and social media outreach, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless data flow between Outreach and Salesforce.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 6-12 months of professional sales experience with a proven track record in sales development.
- A genuine interest in our cutting-edge AI solution and a solid grasp of service positioning intricacies.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills used to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- (Bonus) Proficiency in crucial tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- (Bonus) Fluency in multiple languages.
For this position, we offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, depending on your background, along with generous equity participation, pension contributions, and a comprehensive benefits package.
