Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
- Collaborate with support workers to ensure delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedication to delivering exceptional care and support
