The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and providing person-centred care, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.

About the Role
  • Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure the delivery of person-centred care.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of service users in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities

The Nights Support Service Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on support and assistance to service users, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, preferably working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including CQC standards.
