Job Summary

Voyage Care is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Support Service Provider to join our team at Greylees Sleaford. As a Support Service Provider, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

The role involves providing personalized care and assistance with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also be responsible for promoting independence, dignity, and respect for the individuals we support.

As a Support Service Provider, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and work in a supportive environment with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs and abilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
  • Promote independence, dignity, and respect for the individuals we support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and communication

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when interacting with individuals with varying needs

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (£10.00 - £12.00 per hour), depending on experience.
