Voyage Care Ltd is currently seeking a Support Services Manager to join our team in Greylees, Sleaford.

About the Role:
As a Support Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading our supported living service in Greylees, ensuring that individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs receive high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Allocate shifts and supervise staff to ensure effective day-to-day operations of the service
- Assist the Manager with supervising and managing the service, including ordering medication and supporting individuals with their finances
- Induct new colleagues and provide training as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for the people we support

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or equivalent role
- Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs
