We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Services Lead. As a Senior Support Worker at Voyage Care Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users.

Your primary responsibility will be to support people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while also assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. This will include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, and supporting with supervisions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs. You will also need to be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus enhancements for evening and weekend shifts. You will also receive access to a range of benefits, including funded Blue Light Card and 24/7/365 doctor line for colleagues and their families.
