Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive package includes a range of benefits, including holiday pay, pension scheme, and opportunities for career progression.

Job Description
As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Supplying prescriptions and delivering a range of NHS and Private services, ensuring accurate payment claims and providing expert healthcare advice to customers.
  • Playing an active role in our charities support program, providing guidance and support to individuals at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • Supporting the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries, promoting collaborative working and driving quality improvements in patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Pharmacy Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Membership in the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Completion of a DBS check before employment.
