Duty Pharmacy Manager

About the Role
Tesco Pharmacies is seeking an experienced Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our pharmacy services, ensuring high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Supplying prescriptions and delivering a range of NHS and Private services to customers
• Providing healthcare advice and support to customers and colleagues
• Playing an active role in our charities support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
• Supporting the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues
• Building relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries
• Ensuring accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items
Requirements
• Pharmacy Degree qualification
• Membership in the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
• Completion of a DBS check before employment
