NRS Healthcare, the UK's leading provider of Community Equipment Services, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Sleaford. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive a smooth and seamless experience related to our Wheelchair services.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, adding information to our SAP ERP system, and liaising with customers to arrange deliveries. Your strong computer skills and previous experience in customer service administration roles will be essential in delivering high-quality customer service.

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer care. If you have a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 33 days annual holiday (rising to 38 days after 3 years), comprehensive sick pay scheme, pension scheme, life assurance, and exclusive employee discounts.
