We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic healthcare team, specializing in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities.

**Job Description:**

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a team of support workers across the three units, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, tailored to the individual needs of service users, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leading and managing a team of support workers to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, preferably working with individuals with learning disabilities
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including CQC standards
