Job Description

The role involves working as an integrated member of the Urgent Community Response Service, assisting Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Paramedics, and other health professionals with patient interventions. You will maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of care delivery, working in partnership with primary care colleagues, patients, carers, and statutory organisations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of person-centred care principles. A qualification in healthcare or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
