Job Summary

NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board seeks an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Bridge House in Sleaford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled individual to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing high-quality administrative support.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. They will be responsible for data inputting, telephone contact with patients and clinical staff, processing letters, sending and responding to emails, and providing general administration support.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for the department, dealing with routine and specialist enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner.
  • Inputting and maintaining data on data systems, together with associated correspondence.
  • To arrange/schedule assessments and reviews for Nurse Assessors, including contacting individuals and family members/representatives and other relevant professionals.
