About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our residents.
  • Provide a first-class service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the development.
  • Manage the organization of events and activities to enhance the resident experience.
  • Administer the maintenance of the site, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellent customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have experience in administration, customer service, and maintenance management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
