Personal Assistant to Director/Assistant Director

Job Summary:
HCRG Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to support our Director/Assistant Director. This is a full-time role that requires strong diary management skills, minute taking, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director/Assistant Director, including diary management, email management, and document preparation.
- Take minutes at meetings, both in-office and remotely, and distribute to relevant parties.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including rail/bus travel and mileage reimbursement.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong diary management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in-office and 2 days from home.
