- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze our performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize our operations and improve our efficiency.
- Team Management
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within our team, ensuring that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities and is working together effectively to achieve our goals.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations or management role, preferably in the construction or property services industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Qualifications: GCSE grade C or above in 4 subjects, including Maths and English, or a C&G Advanced/Craft certificate and NVQ L2/3, HNC in Construction, or equivalent.
- Certifications: SMSTS Award, CMI L3 Award, Principles of Management & Leadership, Pitman Excel – Intermediate User, CSCS card – Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person.
