This is a unique opportunity to join Affinity Water as a Service Desk Agent, providing high-quality technical support to our customers and colleagues.
Key Features- 6-month fixed-term contract, based in Hatfield
- Saturday shift pattern, with regular breaks and paid overtime
- Opportunity to work closely with our IT team to resolve complex technical issues
- Managing critical systems and ensuring they are running smoothly
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving incidents in a timely manner
- Documenting knowledge and best practices for future reference
- Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Pension scheme: Double match contributions up to 12%
- Annual leave: 23 days rising with length of service
