Receptionist Role at De Vere Horsley Estate
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at De Vere Horsley Estate. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling room allocations and resolving any guest queries.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Punctuality and good personal presentation are essential.
- Proficiency in using IT software, with familiarity with Opera an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
