We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Music Manager to join Chosen Music, a growing and ambitious Artist Partnerships Company. The successful candidate will oversee frontline artists, build a diverse roster, and contribute to the company's growth.

The role involves:

  • Day-to-day management of artists, including the debut album campaign for a new British artist.
  • Being the primary point of contact for labels, publishers, agents, promoters, and brand partners.
  • Contributing to the direction of the company and its leadership team.
  • Overseeing budgets, timelines, and industry stakeholders.
  • Supporting the continued growth of Chosen Music.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest music business trends and cultural happenings.
  • Working collaboratively with the team and independently to achieve project goals.
  • Ensuring digital campaigns are executed to the highest level.
  • Traveling with artists as required.
  • Receiving client commission and bonuses for success.

This is a hybrid working role, with 4 days per month in the London office.
